HR Analytrics: Programming for Business Analytics Coursework

This coursework was split into 3 steps, the tools and skills I used for this project are Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, SQL, Excel dashboard build, Power Query, Visual Basic for Excel, ActiveX Data connections, business reporting.


First I used Microsoft Access to build a database for an HR dataset, used SQL to query data from the database. Then I used Power Query in Microsoft Excel to connect the database that I built before, to performed data analysis report. Lastly, in order to build an dashboard within Excel, I used ActiveX Data connections in Visual Basic for Excel to connect the database and used embedded SQL to import data from the Access database.
